How VINT uses artificial intelligence

Vint Technologies Oy uses artificial intelligence as part of its modern working and content creation processes.

AI may be used to support the ideation, drafting, creation, editing or improvement of website content, articles, marketing materials, images, translations, summaries, analyses and other digital content.

AI is a tool used by us. Vint Technologies Oy remains responsible for the content it publishes.

Human oversight and editorial responsibility

Publicly available content is published under the editorial responsibility of VINT.

Where artificial intelligence is used to support content creation, the content is reviewed and approved as appropriate before publication. VINT remains responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness and final publication decision regarding the content.

We do not consider an AI system to be an independent publisher or accountable party.

AI-assisted content

Not all content created with the assistance of artificial intelligence is individually labelled as AI-generated.

AI may be used in a similar way to other content creation tools, including for drafting, language improvement, translation, restructuring and ideation.

This site-wide policy therefore serves as a general disclosure that artificial intelligence may be involved in VINT's content creation processes.

Content requiring specific AI disclosure

Where we publish content whose artificial origin or AI-based manipulation requires specific disclosure under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act or other applicable regulation, we will label the content accordingly.

This may include, for example:

• realistic image, audio or video content generated or manipulated using AI

• content that could otherwise create a misleading impression regarding its authenticity

• other content for which a specific AI disclosure is required under applicable regulation

Where required, the disclosure will be placed in connection with the relevant content and presented in a clear and easily perceivable manner.

VINT may use the EU AI icon or another equivalent and clearly distinguishable label.

Transparency by design

Our objective is not to label every use of technology in our workflows, but to ensure that the use of artificial intelligence does not mislead people.

Where the involvement of AI is relevant to understanding the origin, authenticity or interpretation of content, we aim to communicate that involvement clearly.

Technologies we use

VINT may use different artificial intelligence systems, language models and automated tools as part of its content creation workflows.

The technologies we use may change over time. For this reason, we do not maintain an exhaustive list of individual AI models or providers on this page.

Updates to this policy

Artificial intelligence technology and the regulation surrounding it continue to evolve rapidly. We may update this AI Transparency Policy as necessary to reflect applicable legislation, the EU AI Act and developing industry practices.
