Before transforming a more than 10-year-old, solid IT-services business, we looked back to understand what's coming.
When the internet emerged, it didn't just change how computers communicated. It restructured economies, rewired societies, and redefined what it meant to do business. We believe the AI revolution will do the same. And the principles that made the internet work are exactly what the AI era needs most. That's why we re-named ourselves after Vinton “Vint” Cerf.
Cerf, together with Bob Kahn, designed the TCP/IP protocols that became the operating foundation of the modern internet. More than a technology, they built a philosophy: that systems should be open, interoperable, and designed to serve the people using them, not the other way around. No black boxes. No single point of control. Visibility, accountability, and ownership at every layer.
We founded VINT Technologies on that same conviction.
We are an IT services company in the practical sense — we build, operate, and automate the technology infrastructure that keeps businesses running. But we measure our work by a different standard: not just whether the system functions, but whether the people running the business actually understand it, trust it, and own it.
Because the AI era doesn't lack capability. It has a shortage of accountability. That's the gap we exist to close.
